DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Domestic shipping prices are calculated according to weight.

All orders are processed within 2 - 3 business days.

Tracking is emailed once the order has been shipped.

All packages are sent 2 - 3 day via Standard or Express Post. 

Once a package is picked up and scanned in by Australia Post, the shipping and delivery status is no longer within our control; we are unable to replace missing or stolen packages at this time. Please reach out directly to Australia Post for missing or stolen packages.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the accuracy and safety of the shipping address provided. We will not be held liable for incorrectly entered shipping information or packages left, stolen or missing from an unreliable or unsafe shipping address. Please consider shipping to an address where someone is always present to receive the delivery.

DOMESTIC CANDLE SHIPPING 

All candles and gift packs that include candles are shipped via Express Post. 

DUX Candles are 100% pure soy which tends to be a very soft wax. 100% pure soy candles are sensitive to temperature and light. To safe guard against our candles from fading, cracking and melting by lengthy shipping commutes we prefer to post them via Express Post.

Once your candle is delivered please ensure you collect it from outside as soon as possible so that it is not being exposed to direct sunlight. Store your candle in an upright position and don’t leave your candle in your car on a warm day. Please read our Candle Guide for more information on taking care of your candle. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship to most countries - if you are unable to checkout from your country, please email contact@duxcollection for assistance.

All international orders are processed within 3 business days unless it is a bespoke order. For bespoke orders please email contact@duxcollection.

International shipments for Candles, Essential Oils, Reed Diffusers and Perfumes are sent via Fedex, and take 2 - 4 days to arrive once dispatched. International prices are calculated according to weight. 

Shipping prices are not marked up. We are a small shop and do not get big corporate shipping discounts, so these are the best prices offered to us. We apologize for how expensive it is and understand that it is too much for many people, but we like to still offer international shipping for those who are interested.

All customs, taxes, import duties, brokerage fees, or any additional charges by your local government are the responsibility of the recipient. We are not responsible for these fees in any way, as we do not receive any of this money. Duties and taxes vary by country and by order, so we are unable to estimate the cost. Please contact your customs office or local post office for that information.
