Our candles are crafted from a 100% pure soy wax and high quality fragrance. We do not use a soy wax blend or paraffin. DUX Candles are individually hand poured in our Sydney Workshop.

While our candles are made from natural material, it's essential to exercise caution and follow safety guidelines. Keep candles out of reach of children and pets, and never leave a burning candle unattended. Read and follow the safety instructions provided with each product.
The burn time of our candles varies depending on the size and type of the candle. The following is a guide on burn times based on the size of your candle:

No, we currently do not offer this for our candles.
Due to the size of our business we cannot offer customised candles. If you would like to purchase a large amount of candles for an event, please contact our customer service team contact@duxcollection.com to discuss possibilities and requirements.
To extinguish a candle safely, use a candle snuffer or gently blow on the flame. Avoid using water to put out the flame, as it can cause splattering or damage to the candle.
Store candles in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent melting and discoloration. Keep them in their original packaging or covered to maintain their quality.
