How Much Does Shipping Cost? 

*All shipping costs are estimates only and DUX Collection Sydney cannot guarantee these shipping cost prices.

Standard shipping is between $9.95 to $14.95, shipping rates largely depend on your location, rural locations tend to have higher shipping costs.

Express shipping is  between $14.95 - $20.95 however, this cost can fluctuate depending on location and size of your order. 

Candles shipped via Express post: All DUX Candles are automatically sent via Express Shipping. DUX Candles are made using 100% soy wax. Soy wax is a natural raw material and is considered a soft wax compared to paraffin wax or soy blend wax. DUX Collection does not use paraffin wax or a soy blend wax, and only uses 100% pure soy wax made from soybeans, making it a  green, sustainable option. A soy wax has a melting point of 45-54°C, which is lower than other wax. To maintain the high quality standard of our candles and avoid exposing our candles to the hot Australian weather we prefer to ship all DUX Candles via express post. 

How long does delivery take?

*All delivery timeframes are an estimate only and DUX Collection Sydney will not be liable to you for losses suffered or incurred due to delivery delays via Australia Post or any other delivery service.

Standard shipping: once dispatched, it takes 2-7 business days, depending on your location in Australia. For an estimate, visit the Australia Post website and enter ' your postcode' in the 'From' field.

Express shipping: once dispatched, it takes 2- 4 business days depending on your location in Australia. For an estimate, visit the Australia Post website and enter ' your postcode' in the 'From' field.

Please note, order dispatch may be delayed up to 48 hours during peak promotional periods.

Do you offer international shipping for candles?

Yes, we offer international shipping to many countries. Please check the shipping options available for your specific location during the checkout process.

International Shipping is excluded from the following products: 

  • Room Sprays
  • Perfumes 
  • Essential Oil Roller Balls
  • Reed Diffusers  
  • Any essential oil product 

How many days until my order is dispatched for shipping? 

As a small business we try our best to dispatch your orders within 2 - 3 business days. Given the size of our business we cannot guarantee these dispatch estimates, and will do our best to stay within these timeframes. If your order has not been dispatched within 5 - 7 business days please contact is at contact@duxcollection.com. 

How are items packaged to ensure they arrive in good condition?

Our products are carefully packaged to prevent breakage or damage during transit. We use protective materials and sturdy packaging to ensure your items arrive in excellent condition.

Can I track my shipment?

Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the status and location of your package in real-time.

What should I do if my item/s arrive damaged or defective?

If your item/s arrive damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team immediately at contact@duxcollection.com. We will assist you in resolving the issue. 

Can I change the shipping address after placing my order?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipping address once the order has been placed. Please double-check your shipping information before completing your purchase.

Are there any shipping restrictions for certain products?

The following products cannot be shipped internationally due to their ingredients require private courier services.

What happens if I miss the delivery of my order?

If you miss the delivery, Australia Post will typically leave a notice with instructions on how to reschedule delivery or pick up your package from a designated location. Check the Australia Post's website here or contact them directly for assistance.
