COVID-19 UPDATE

WE ARE STILL OPEN

Our store in The Rocks, Sydney is still open from Wednesday to Sunday. Please visit our opening hours page for up to date information on our operating hours. Our online store is also still open with order being dispatched daily Monday - Friday. We are taking all necessary precautions to ensure the safety of staff and the timely delivery of orders.

SAFETY IN STORE

In accordance with the government's health and safety advice we will take all necessary measures to ensure our store is a safe, hygienic environment for everyone.

We have implemented the following measures to ensure customers feel comfortable shopping in our store:

  • Cleaning more frequently of surfaces, fixtures and displayed products
  • Staying a safe distance of 1.5 meters in store, adding markers to guide customers and signage to remind customers
  • Removing product testing samples and replacing them with individual one use samples
  • Offering contact-less payment options - that are fast, convenient and minimise touch points
  • Limiting capacity in the store to allow for a maximum of four customers at a time 
  • Providing hand sanitiser at the store entrance as a courtesy for our customers 
  • NSW Check In QR Code

DELIVERY DELAYS

We have tried our best to dispatch your orders as timely and efficiently as possible, however due to social distancing in our fulfillment warehouse, there might be a slight delay in dispatching your order. Delays in the delivery of your order may also be impacted due to social distancing and reduced air freight capacity across the AusPost and FedEx networks. Deliveries may be delayed up to an additional 7-10 business days from the normal delivery time frame (usually 2-7 business days from dispatch). 

Please note, these timings are an estimate only and you may experience longer delivery times due to AusPost or FedEx delivery issues that are unforeseen or unavoidable beyond our reasonable control. The situation surrounding COVID-19 is evolving daily, which might impact the above timeframes, however we will do our best to keep our customers informed.

Victoria Deliveries: The recent easing of restrictions might improve the delivery times, however, strict hygiene and social distancing requirements are still in place and might delay deliveries despite an ease of restrictions. Please allow for delays. Refer to the AusPost website for more information.

Our customer service team are available to answer any questions that you may have. Our online support is open from 9am-9pm AEDT Monday - Friday via contact@duxcollection.com. Please note our store in The Rocks is closed from Monday - Tuesday and calls after 5pm will be directed to voicemail.
